Psalms 136: God's mercy is truly why we are all saved. What I do see in this Psalm is a back and forth between the speaker and the congregation. The speaker gives the statement, the congregation gives back "His mercy endureth forever". Beautiful and pleasant, a reminder of what Israel has gone through.

    Hello Bob,

The time frame for the Book of Acts is from the time of Jesus' Resurrection (30 or 33A.D.) to the time of the end of Paul's missionary journeys. it is said to have been written in about 60 A.D. Paul's death was about 67 A. D. I believe. So the end of Acts was probably no earlier than 60 A.D. and no later than 67 A.D. depending on when Luke finally parted with Paul before Paul was imprisoned or martyred and when Luke wrote it.

I have often wished we had more of an account of the acts of all the other Apostles, since Acts is mainly about Paul, since Luke was Paul's traveling companion on missions and with the work in the churches founded from Paul's work.

The time frame of the book of Acts, appears to be many years. Starting right about the time of the Resurrection of Jesus CHRIST. Please note Acts 1, Acts 2, - Acts 4:34-35, shows time passage, because those events cannot be done in one day, but over time. Acts 7, young man Saul, Acts 8,

Acts 12 again shows process of time, note Acts 12:25, Acts 14:21-28, again Acts 15, note Acts 15:33,36, Acts 27, Acts 28:11,

    Acts 18:11,18, Acts 19:10,22, Acts 20:3, Acts 24:27, Acts 28:30

    Hopefully these are helpful

    Bob,

The book of Acts covers approximately 30 years. Luke is the author and he wrote to present what Jesus did and taught through His human body. In Acts Chapter 1 Verse 1, it says that this was written to present what Jesus continues to do and to teach through His Spiritual body, the church.

I praise the LORD for He continually reminds me of HIS character and HIS nature. How He brought forth HIS children from bondage and into His grace and mercy. That I may remember His strong hand, His merciful love, His comforting voice, His peaceful countenance, His wondrous grace, His righteous judgements and guiding light. Thank you Father for Your mercy surely is from everlasting to everlasting. Your grace is more than sufficient for me. Love You Father God.

I will always look to Your mercy, and love when I am feeling lost or in despair. Thank you for your daily benefits and gifts.

Bless our nation and have us to remember to be thankful for your daily benefits and provision. November 23, 2021

As I humble myself to your throne of grace Lord. Praising you every day all day for all the blessings that you have bestowed upon me and others. Knowing there is no other like you because your mercy endureth forever I can focus and meditate on the goodness of my Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ. Thank You Lord for never leaving me or forsaking me even when I fall short of your grace and mercy. Glory to your name.

Psalm 136 make me want to testify of God's goodness and mercy. I praise God because it is personal. God has brought me through my wilderness, it is personal. God has shown me great mercy when I was sick, it is personal. God healed my body with abundant love, oh! it is personal. I give God all the glory, my thanks and my praise because it is personal. Hallelujah!
