Fasting for first time in my life 3days midnight to 6pm reading Bible as well. Something in my soul is telling me How is coming I want be with him and spread love and kindness. Amen

Hi Hank, fasting can break the spiritual chains that the enemy has upon you and your life. Be encouraged in well doing!

Brother Hank, i used to try to fast when I was younger I just Couldn't do it I failed miserably most of the time. 15 years later I'm trying again. God has not only restored my soul but he put it on my heart to fast for my county one day a month and so far I have been doing it. I love and appreciate the Lord for the burden that HE gave me! Also fasted for some other reasons as well. We must pull down strongholds and some devils only come out by prayer and fasting! Oh Lord hear our prayers when we fast, cast out these devils! Tear down strongholds of the enemy and destroy the kingdoms of darkness! Set it's captives free! And let the blinders fall off. In Jesus name. Bless brother Hank Lord when he fast help him to keep it secret so that nobody but you knows. At that time on that day. Let him have a joyful countenance. And a happy happy heart. And bless all those that come by offering food, whether it be of you or the enemy testing or both. LOL because they will come! God bless you brother.
